A day in the life.

As our Senior Account Manager on the Commercial Lines team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

This is a service position. The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers and cross sell within the existing book of business. The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts managed by Account Executives/Sr. Account Executives/Producers. Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, issuing auto ID cards, handling all the inside service work associated with the client’s accounts, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and binding policies. The Senior Account Manager (SAM) should have experience in all areas of Commercial Lines insurance. As needed the SAM will coordinate with and defer to the Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive/or Producer on strategic account issues and potential problems. The SAM is responsible for the successful fulfillment of Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines (SOP’s).

• Know the underwriting and rating procedure for all types of personal lines policies.
• Quote new business and renewal options to every client to include:
• Higher limits of liability
• Higher deductible options
• General Liability coverage
• Commercial automobile coverage
• Commercial property coverage
• Umbrella or excess liability/excess uninsured/underinsured coverage
• Employment practices liability/board of directors and officers coverage
• Guaranteed replacement cost
• Equipment breakdown coverage
• Enhanced auto coverages
• Prepare proposals and applications, submit them to insured’s and carriers, obtain client’s signature and follow up to ensure timely responses, all in conjunction with AE or Producer.
• Prepare and provide to every client a Summary of Insurance once coverage is bound and in effect for new accounts.
• Immediately update Summary of Insurance for existing clients.
• Remarket accounts as directed and follow up with AE or Producer
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.
• Handle cancellations timely by checking carrier websites or NOC’s received via scan, fax or email, legally saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines.
• Prepare and check policies based on SOP’s checklist to include preparing letters, invoicing, summaries of insurance, certificates, ID cards, evidence of insurance, binders, etc. Policies must be checked for accuracy and all applicable endorsements.
• Know and be up to date on the utilization of carrier websites, carrier communications, new coverage options and billing procedures.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
• Current California Department of Insurance License
• 4-6 years of experience
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience utilizing carrier websites to market and rate new and/or renewal business such as Safeco, Allied, Travelers, Chubb, The Hartford, Tokio Marine, Cincinnatti, Hanover, CNA and more.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We seek talented actors for an upcoming Women’s Undergarments commercial shooting in Toronto. This is a non-union opportunity for individuals aged 38-48 of all ethnicities who possess strong acting skills.

Selected candidates must demonstrate good mobility skills as they will walk on a treadmill/conveyor belt during the shoot day.

Travel:

• Travel expenses may potentially be covered if notified of the location at the time of availability. Please note that no travel time will be paid.

Job Details:

We are currently casting for an exciting print project for a renowned denim brand. This is a non-union opportunity based in the picturesque city of San Francisco, CA. The project is scheduled to take place from October 19th to October 23rd, with the likelihood of only one shoot day being required.

Job Responsibilities:

Selected models will be expected to collaborate closely with the creative team, showcasing the denim brand’s latest designs in a dynamic and engaging manner. Responsibilities include:

• Showcasing the denim brand’s products in a professional and appealing manner for the print campaign.
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude on set, working closely with the photographer and styling team to achieve the desired looks.
• Adhering to the shoot schedule and instructions provided by the creative team.
• Participating in fittings as required, ensuring the perfect fit of the denim products.

• Previous experience in print modeling is a plus, but not mandatory.

Casting Call: Efoilers for Commercial

Job Details: We seek enthusiastic efoilers to participate in an exciting commercial project. Efoiling is a thrilling watersport, and we are looking for individuals aged 18-70 from around the world to showcase their skills in this dynamic and visually captivating commercial.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform e-foiling maneuvers and showcase high skill and confidence on the water.
• Take direction from the director and production team to achieve desired shots and sequences.
• Collaborate with other cast members and crew to ensure a seamless and dynamic shoot.

Requirements:

• Age: 18-70 years old.
• Must have proficient foiling skills and be comfortable performing various maneuvers.
• Physically fit and able to sustain efoiling activities for extended periods.
• Comfortable in front of a camera and able to take direction from the production team.

Casting Call – Gen Z Talent

3. Adaptability: Be prepared to work on any specified work dates (Sept 19, 20, 21, or 22). Note that you might only work on some four days, but availability for all is essential.

Requirements: To be considered for this casting call, you must meet the following criteria:

• Payment will be issued on the completion of each work day.

Casting Call: Senior Couple (Aged 60+)

Number of Roles: 2-4 (Individuals or couples considered)

Description: We seek seniors aged 60 and above to portray a loving and active couple aged 65-75. The characters are retirees who cherish their families, savor good food, and relish spending time outdoors.

Job Details:

• Role: Senior Couple (Man and Woman)
• Age Range: 65-75 years
• Characteristics: Grandparents, Family-oriented, Outdoorsy, Retirees

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the roles of a senior couple authentically and convincingly.
• Bring out the warmth, love, and enjoyment they find in family gatherings, good food, and outdoor activities.
• Work harmoniously with the production team and fellow cast members.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be 60 years or older.
• Availability: Must be available for work on September 19, 20, 21, and 22. It’s essential to be available all four days to be considered, although not all four days may be utilized for work.
• Location: Must be based in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) or surrounding areas.

Compensation:

• Rates: $500 per 12-hour work day
• Work Dates: On/About September 19, 20, 21, or 22 (Not necessarily all four days)

Casting Call: Asian and Mexican Men and Women (Ages 70-80) for Commercial Project

Job Detail: Boston Casting seeks Asian and Mexican men and women between 70-80 for an upcoming commercial project. This is a non-union opportunity with a one-day shoot scheduled for September 24.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a commercial shoot with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Follow directions from the director and production team.
• Convey natural and authentic performances on camera.

Requirements:

• Asian or Mexican ethnicity.
• Age between 70-80 years old.
• Available for a one-day shoot on September 24.
• No prior union affiliation is required.

Compensation:

• Payment: $1000 for the one-day shoot.

Just so you know, travel expenses and accommodations, if necessary, will not be covered.

DFW Casting: Healthcare Print/Commercial

Job Details: We seek adaptive talent for an upcoming Healthcare print and commercial project. The project is scheduled in Dallas, with shoot dates from October 4th to 6th. Most skills will be required for only one day of shooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production team to bring the project’s vision to life.
• Act naturally and comfortably in front of the camera, effectively conveying the desired message.
• Follow directions from the director and photographers for various scenes and shots.

Requirements:

• Individuals with Down Syndrome aged six and above, including children, teenagers, and adults, are encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in the DFW area for local hire.
• Prior experience in modeling or acting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Availability for the specified shoot dates.
