Position:

We are looking for independent & motivated Commercial Producers who want to build their Book & Earnings. We offer a Guaranteed Base Salary thru validation + Production Bonus. Most brokers are not paying their most valued Producers 31% of their Renewal Book once those Books attain +$500k – we guarantee 31%, it’s in your Contract. No account redistribution of smaller accounts to our SBU; as you write & build a Book our Agency grows and we are here to Partner with you in that growth.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive Base Salary based on your Production history + Production Bonus . Once your Book attains $100K we offer a $600/mo. Auto Allowance and Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus once your Book attains $300K. To continue to reward Book growth we provide a Deferred Comp. Benefit & Junior Partner status once your Book attains $500K. We guarantee our Commercial Producers Base Salary’s from the date of hire until validation. Benefits include: PTO, 401(k), Medical, M-F (9am-5pm, closed wknds), we’re 2min off I-66 and right next to Fair Oaks Mall & Fairfax Town Center.

Casting Call: Disney Hipster Friend Group Shoot

Project Synopsis:

  • We are casting REAL FAMILIES of four or more members living in the same house. All types of families are welcome, including same-sex parents, extended families, single parents, etc.
  • Must be open to installing smart locks on the door(s).

Additional Provisions:

  • Compensation: $800+20% per person for fitting and chemistry day (photography).
  • Talent must be available for the Sep 27 fitting/chemistry day; please do not submit if unavailable.
  • Travel, lodging, and per diem are offered for talent not local to Orlando, extending to a 50-mile radius and beyond.

Project Synopsis:

  • Location: Brooklyn, in California, in urban settings. Much more H+M than GAP.
  • Seeking a range of body shapes, sizes, and abilities, including didifferently-abledptions.
  • Especially open to talent with unique looks, including exciting and unique hairstyles and fashion sense.
  • Seeking diversity in gender identity, race, and ethnicity. Non-binary individuals are welcome.
  • Improv experience is a massive plus as much of this shoot will be on the fly throughout the parks for four days.

Additional Project Details:

  • Auditions MUST consist of at least two talents, ideally up to 4 total (best).
  • If friend groups consist of more than four people, split the group into two groups.
  • We are NOT looking for individual/solo auditions. If submitting a talent by themselves, they’ll need to recruit at least one other person to slate and audition with them (even if the other person(s) are not initially submitted).
  • Consider recruiting your 21-30-year-old classmates to audition with you. Prior acting experience is not required.

Project Rate / Payment Summary:

Disney Commercial Casting Call

Job Details: We seek vibrant and dynamic friend groups of 2-4 individuals aged between 21 and 30 to feature in an upcoming Disney commercial. The commercial will be shot at the enchanting Disney World, providing an unforgettable experience for both talents and viewers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various activities and showcase genuine camaraderie while exploring the magic of Disney World.
  • Follow directions from the director and crew for specific shots and scenes.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly demeanor throughout the shoot.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21-30
  • Friend groups of 2-4 individuals (all talents must audition together)
  • Unique and exciting personalities, demonstrated through style, hairstyle, and talents.
  • All races, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to audition.

Audition Details:

  • Auditions must consist of 2 or more talents auditioning together, showcasing their natural chemistry and camaraderie.
  • Prepare a brief introduction of yourselves and showcase your unique talents or skills.

Fitting:

  • All talents must be available for a fitting on September 27th, ensuring proper wardrobe for the shoot.

Shooting Dates:

Female Model for HYPMOSIS Visuals I Casting

Job Detail: We are seeking Female Models, aged 21 and above, to participate in a commercial product shoot for a social media campaign for HYPMOSIS. The shoot will take place next week in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Showcasing HYPMOSIS products in a dynamic and engaging manner for the social media campaign.
  • Collaborating with the production team and photographers to achieve the desired visual aesthetic.
  • Following direction from the creative team while adding your own flair and personality to the shoot.

Requirements:

  • Female models aged 21 and above.
  • Experience in commercial modeling preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable in front of the camera and able to take direction effectively.
  • Ability to showcase products in an authentic and relatable manner.

Compensation:

  • Payment: $500 per day (estimated 8-hour shoot day).

Casting Call – Black Families with College Students

Job Detail: We seek Black families with college students based in Los Angeles for an upcoming project. We are specifically looking for families that fall into the following categories:

  1. Dad, Mom, and College Student
  2. LGBTQI Families with College Students
  3. Single Parents with College Students

Job Responsibilities: Selected families will be asked to participate in a creative project to showcase Black families’ diversity and experiences with college students in Los Angeles. This may involve interviews, candid moments, and scripted interactions. The project aims to capture genuine and relatable moments that reflect the unique dynamics within each family.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Black family based in Los Angeles.
  • Families should fit one of the following categories:
    • Dad, Mom, and College Student
    • LGBTQI Families with College Students
    • Single Parents with College Students
  • College student(s) must currently enroll in a higher education institution.
  • All family members should be comfortable in front of the camera and willing to participate in various aspects of the project.

Compensation Details: Selected families will receive a compensation of $750 or more, commensurate with the scope of their participation and the project’s final deliverables. Additionally, transportation costs within the Los Angeles area related to the project will be covered.

Just so you know, participation is voluntary, and any expenses incurred outside the project scope will not be covered.

Stouffers Commercial – Younger Sibling

Job Description: We are currently seeking children for an upcoming Stouffers commercial project to be filmed in Richmond, VA. This is a SAG/AFTRA scale principal role. The commercial will focus on promoting Stouffers’ delicious frozen entrees. Please note that the selected child for this role will be required to consume Stouffers Lasagna during the shoot, so verifying any potential food allergies before submitting is imperative.

Job Details:

  • Location: Richmond, VA
  • Date(s): September 21 or 22
  • Compensation: Principal – SAG/AFTRA Scale
  • Conflicts: Frozen Foods
  • Exclusivity: Exclusive to Frozen Entrees

Job Responsibilities: The selected child will be featured in the commercial, portraying a younger brother or sister, and must consume Stouffers Lasagna during the shoot. The ideal candidate should be a skilled actor with an expressive face.

Casting Call: Stouffers Commercial – SAG – Richmond VA – 9/21 or 9/22

Job Details: We are currently seeking children to cast in an upcoming commercial project for Stouffers. This is a SAG (Screen Actors Guild) production located in Richmond, VA, and the shoot dates are scheduled for either September 21st or 22nd. Selected actors will be compensated at the Principal rate, which is in accordance with SAG/AFTRA Scale. Please note that there are conflicts related to Frozen Foods, and exclusivity is required for Frozen Entrees. The usage and run for this commercial will span 1 year across broadcast and digital platforms in the United States only.

Job Responsibilities: Selected actors will be responsible for portraying their roles as described below. It is important to note that the older brother or sister will be required to eat Stouffer’s Lasagna during the commercial, so food allergies should be checked before submitting.

Requirements:

Job Details:

  • Dates: October 3rd and 4th (Will be one of those two dates)
  • Location: LAGRANGE, IL (on stage)
  • Duration: Less than half a day (Talent should be available for the entire day, as the exact shooting date is not confirmed yet)
  • Usage: 2-year internet/industrial use

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Hero Woman (Age 23 – 40):

    • Portray the central character in the commercial.
    • Showcase comfort and satisfaction with the mattress.
  2. Hero Couple (Age 23 – 40):

    • Convey the harmony and comfort of sharing the mattress.
    • Display genuine chemistry and connection.
  3. Family Members (Mother or Father 30s/40s and Child 6 – 12):

We are currently casting for various roles for an upcoming commercial promoting Empire Wind. The selected individuals will be featured in the commercial and should be available for a shoot lasting approximately 4 hours on September 27th.
