FAMILY 1 (2 Adults, 2 Kids)

FAMILY 2 (2 Adults, 2 Kids) 

• (1) Parent – Male or Female. Any Ethnicity. Age 30 – 45.  
• (1) Grandparent – Male or Female. Any Ethnicity. Age 50 – 80. 
• (2) Kids – Male & Female. Any Ethnicity. Age 8 – 14. 

En qualité d’Assistant Commercial, vous serez chargé, des missions suivantes :

· Suivi du portefeuille clients ;

· Démarchage client par mail/téléphone et suivi des opportunités ;

· Gestion des bons de commandes et des contrats ;

· Fidélisation client en s’assurant de bon déroulement de notre collaboration mutuelle ;

· Prises de commandes des clients ;

· Proposition d’actions commerciales ;

· Mise en place et suivi des actions commerciales sur les différents dossiers auxquels il est et sera affecté ;

· Analyse des besoins des clients ;

· Rédaction des offres commerciales.

Rattaché au Directeur Commercial et en lien direct avec les commerciaux de l’équipe, vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative des dossiers de commercialisation et du suivi du portefeuille clients par la prise en charge de tout le flux de la réception de la demande de réservation jusqu’à la validation juridiques des contrats de participation par notre service juridique.

Vous participez également activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires commercial des différents événements organisés.

Profil :

– Faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe, d’organisation et d’anticipation sur les échéances à venir,

– Etre curieux dans l’approche de nouvelles spécialités et avez la capacité d’appréhender rapidement un nouveau secteur d’activité,

– Faire preuve de réelles qualités relationnelles,

– Etre dynamique, persévérant et force de proposition avec un fort esprit d’équipe,

– Maîtrise de l’anglais courant écrit et oral.

KID CASTING – COMMERCIAL EXTRAS 

SEEKING:

• KIDS, Boys, and Girls, age range 6-11, of all ethnicities
• to portray students in a classroom. 

DATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 22nd 

LOCATION: LOCKHART, TEXAS 

RATE: $150 per child 

PRELIMINARY TIME FRAME – 9 AM – 5 PM 

Exact call time will be delivered Friday afternoon with full booking details.

Major Baby Brand Commercial

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Babies and Toddlers (ages 1 month – 3 years old) and their real parents to be featured in a commercial for a major baby brand! 

PRODUCT: A Major Baby Brand (product is under NDA) 

TYPE OF PRODUCTION: This is a NON UNION Commercial with Stills that will be used for 1 year in North America for TV/Broadcast, Internet/New Media, Industrial, Print, and Historical usage. 

COMPENSATION (If booked for the project):

Babies Session Rate – $350.00 per work day (hours are subject to IL child labor laws), and $50.00 for wardrobe fitting (if needed)

Adults Session Rate – $500.00 per 10 hour work day, and $50.00 for wardrobe fitting (if needed)

If featured in the final commercial, each person (adults and children) will be compensated $2,000.00 for the usage!  

All minors in the state of IL would need to obtain a work permit and a trust account in order to shoot this commercial.  O’Connor Casting and Production will supply you with all information needed for this if your child is booked! 

Client encourages real parents to audition with their baby/toddler for this project, they would love to consider you!

DATES NEEDED: 

Callback Date: if needed, the Director and Producers may want to meet you for a Callback audition on Mon. 5/1, Tues. 5/2 or Weds. 5/3 at our offices in the West Loop. 

Wardrobe fitting: Tues. 5/9

Shoot Dates: Thurs. 5/11 and/or Fri. 5/12 (likely only needed 1 day)

Shoot Location: Chicagoland Area (you must be able to transport yourself to and from set in the Chicago area)
