We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support our Sales and Marketing team at Servers.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a social media strategy across the whole of Sales and Marketing.

As Social Media Manager you will be required to provide social media guidance to colleagues within the Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing their personal branding and a solid understanding of how best and when to use social media platforms.

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop Servers.com’s social media presence, increasing online engagement and enhancing our brand.

As Social Media Manager you will work closely with the Marketing team to support the content strategy and publish valuable content across multiple social media platforms, ultimately achieving positive ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver guidance on personal branding
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create valuable social media content
  • Work alongside the Events team to create supporting social media posts before, during and after events
  • Provide guidance to the Sales and Marketing senior leadership team to advise on best social media practice

Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator will serve as a junior social media & community manager reporting to tarte’s Social Media Manager. This role will be responsible for executing upon omni-channel social strategies, producing social-first video and photo assets, and managing both social & content production calendars. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social, has experience on camera & creating social content, and is a flexible team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Community management: Actively monitoring, engaging & addressing customers on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) in the brand’s tone of voice
  • Reporting & analytics: Assist in compiling social performance reports, analyzing results, and synthesizing findings to make strategy & content recommendations
  • Content capture – predominantly on iPhone and digital camera at in-house content shoots and events. Editing of photo & video content
  • Ideate and facilitate production and post-production of short-form video deliverables, with a focus on TikTok and IG Reels. Must be comfortable with showing face in video and on socials
  • Manage Social Team content outputs & requests; work with cross functional teams to identify their content needs and manage the execution of the deliverables
  • Assist with social copywriting and scheduling for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook, aligning with the brand’s voice
  • Active engagement in all social platforms to make recommendations for content creation.

About The Role:

Sitting within our Core Team at Head Office, and working directly with the Marketing Team, our new Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the Social Media Strategy for all brands within the Corbenyah group. This role is integral for the continued growth of our business, and therefore we are looking for someone who has a passion for all things Social Media, whilst also having an interest in our investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of all social media accounts, organic posts, and paid campaigns across the Corbenyah Group Brands.
  • Analyse and track social campaign performance across each social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).
  • Respond appropriately to all engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create unique and innovative ideas to produce ‘scroll stopping’ content for all brands within the group.
  • Report Key Performance metrics to Senior Management and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuously conduct industry and competitor research to ensure we stay in line with market trends.
  • Have the ability and willingness to learn about the various industries within our portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience building successful organisation posts and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Proven ability to grow social reach, increase engagement and conversion rates across all key platforms.
  • Strong understanding of analytical metrics and how to tailor campaigns to suit our intended social media and business goals.
  • Confident working across multiple social platforms and brands.
  • A strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Image and video content creation skills (Ideally).

We are looking for someone with Social Media Management experience to join the team and help us grow our social accounts and organic reach. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Plan, develop, and execute campaigns for our various social media accounts
  • Grow and nurture our online community
  • Monitor trends in the social media space and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Monitor our accounts and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
  • Develop and maintain editorial and content calendars
  • Analyze data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop social media strategies

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
  • You are flexible and have no problem working on a task that is not specifically part of your job description to support the team.
  • You are able to work from our HQ in Old Town Scottsdale M-F. 

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with influencer outreach and negotiation
  • Content creation skills- some video editing, photography
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon)
  • Task management experience using ClickUp, Asana or similar
  • A desire to nerd out hard about craft cocktail culture, home mixology, spirits and even product design in order to truly understand our fan base.
