Job Description
Responsible for daily supervision the operation of quick service branded restaurants. Ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Union guidelines, as well as Company policies and procedures.
- With the direction of the Restaurant Managers, execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards.
- Supports the employee and guest satisfaction programs and ensures the staff understands the importance of the programs.
- Supervises all hourly staff and Seasonal Supervisory staff, provides work direction, performance reviews, and coaching to team
- Ensures company compliance with Union contracts regarding employee work conditions, maintaining discipline and replacing open shifts
- Mentors and counsels team members and enforce appropriate policies and procedures ensuring compliance of departmental standards.
- Responsible for supervising employee’s workflow, setting leadership standards, and guiding work locations efficiency. Builds internal relationships ensure our employees are exceeding expectations.
- Observes, critiques, and adjusts the daily functions of both departmental personnel and standard operating procedures to provide quality guest service.
- Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted variable operations result: cost of goods, variable labor, and safety. Adjust operations as necessary to budgets. Exceed annual cash flow trends.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional work area.
- Ensure proper hiring, and training content are maintained.
- Ensure the workforce is trained and proficient at operating venues.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3+ year’s quick service food management experience with multiple large high-volume food service operations and managing a team of 20+ employees.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights

Job Description
- Coordinates and assigns technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain all equipment and venue technical processes.
- Ensures ride and attraction readiness to open on time.
- Ensures equipment is maintained in accordance with USH Policies, practices and standards.
- Conducts regularly scheduled shift meetings with the Technicians:
- Direct and confirm work assignments & emphasis to address issues.
- Review and communicate safety requirements and practices. Ensure training assignments are completed.
- Share relevant business, guest, and employee news.
- Recognize positive behaviors.
- Give timely and constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Provides technical guidance and mentoring as required to Technicians within the day-to-day maintenance activities in the field. Builds strong team cohesion and motivation within the Technical Services Team.
- Confirms maintenance activities are executed professionally.
- Responds to major ride issues immediately. Escalate communications to the appropriate leaders when there is a significant safety issue, delay, failure, or incident. Determine root cause of issues. Develop and manage timely solutions. Communicates significant expenses and risk.
- Ensures the proper completion of documentation, including Work Orders, Payroll Approvals, Compliance, EHS Action Findings, Injury and Illness Reports, Equipment Readiness Reports, LOTO Verification, Housekeeping Inspections, etc.
- Oversees technical interaction with Non-ride Personnel, Vendors, Sub-contractors, Engineers, and other relevant 3rd person parties involved with Show and Ride systems. Insures a clear line of communication regarding any maintenance activities.
- Advises, coordinates, and is accountable to the Senior Manager, Rides, Director of Rides & Transportation and Director of Engineering regarding the status and engineering quality of ride and attraction systems including areas of risk or potential future risks.
- Confirms appropriate labor levels with Managers and Sr. Managers. Addresses unplanned overtime & meal penalties.
- Ensures that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships.
- Plans and implements action plans for the department’s future success including training programs, workforce planning, and rewards and recognition program.
- Ensures employees understand and follow all company policies and procedures. Observes employee conduct and communicates to the Managers/Sr. Managers both positive and negative behaviors.
- Model a positive work approach with our employees, partners, and clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3-5 Years technical and Trade experience

Job Description
Data is part of the DNA at Peacock. The product analytics and experimentation team at peacock is responsible for making an impact using data, track progress towards goals and to continuously inform product development through high quality analysis and experiments at scale.
The Manager Ads Experimentation will be the Experimentation leader for Peacock Ads. They will focus on the experimentation practice and platform. They will partner with Ads, product, engineering and other experts to shape a shared experimentation playbook to enable trustworthy experiments at scale.
The Manager will also partner with other data and decision science teams to share best practices and improve capabilities around statistics, causal inference, data modeling, testing, personalization, and visualization
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Work with Ads, Product, Decision Science, UX and Engineering to lay out a comprehensive experimentation playbook and roadmap
- Lead an small team of experimentation professionals focused on Ads experience and innovation
- Manage an experimentation platform roadmap that supports stakeholder goals and advanced the experimentation practice
- Develop end to end experimentation process that is deeply integrated with Ads, product and engineering development lifecycle
- Translate insights into Ads and product strategy to empower execution in a data-informed manner
- Deeply understand the peacock ecosystem, defining and analyzing metrics that evaluate our trajectory and inform the success of our products
- Communicate insights, vision and strategy with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Present research on statistics, experimentation, revenue impact, ads impact, user behavior, product enhancements, and metrics development / methodology to all levels of the company ensuring transparency and partnership
- Foster a culture of execution excellence and analytical rigor

Qualifications
- 4+ years of applied experience in Ads experimentation at an eCommerce, social network, direct to consumer, media entertainment company or similar tech company
- 1+ years of people management / history of elevating a team
- BA/BS in technical or quantitative disciple or significant relevant work experience
- Experience with experiment design and platforms (i.e. in house built, Optimizely, split.io, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts
- Coding skills for analytics and data analysis (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
- Experience in using data to drive product decisions and change opinions
