We’re looking for an inspired and oh-so-creative full-time Senior Art Director to join their team. Our client is a national interior design resource and retailer of floor products. Our ideal Senior Art Director is a team leader who will push the boundaries of traditional retail online shopping to take our client to the next chapter by creating compelling stories and solidifying its strong brand. As one of the key creative leaders in charge of the brand identity and aesthetic, the Senior Art Director will be responsible for generating innovative visuals across all mediums: campaign development, graphic design, photography, branding, UI/UX + web, package design, 3D/CGI, and motion. The senior Art Director MUST have experience working in the space of interiors – homes, decor, or design for architecture or interior design.
This role reports to the VP, Brand Creative Director, and partners closely with copywriters, designers, photographers, and videographers, as well as other departments across marketing, e-commerce, sales teams, and product development. As a Sr. Art Director in this position, you can expect to:
- Create innovative concepts across a range of mediums including integrated campaigns, web design/digital, social media, traditional advertising, and design
- Develop and present bi-weekly visual content creation briefs for new product launches including guidelines for photography, graphic design, and motion, both independently and in collaboration with copywriting partners and the Creative Director
- Lead and mentor a team of Jr. Art Directors and 3D Artists, assist in their development and training, provide constructive feedback, and direct them to develop solutions that push the boundaries of creativity while fulfilling strategic requirements
- Develop, guide, and maintain visual brand guidelines throughout all graphic assets
- Present a comprehensive vision for projects to Creative Director before presenting it to the broader team

- Partner and collaborate with on-staff creatives and freelance resources to create assets across our brand ecosystem
- Oversee and execute as necessary creative from concept to pre-production through to final creative QC & asset delivery
We are looking for a Sr. Art Director must have the requirements/skills below:
- 7+ years of experience as an Art Director in ad agencies and/or in-house environment
- MUST have experience working in the space of interiors – homes, decor, design for architecture, interior design
- A great team leader and mentor ( able to manage a team of five)
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable eye for detail
- An ability to meet hard deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Worked independently or with limited guidance when necessary
- A background in interior design, furniture or home goods brands is a big plus
- Extensive abilities across the Adobe Creative Suite of products and Figma

Primary Responsibilities
CREATIVE / EDITORIAL
- Research, investigate, vet leads, videos, and tips as assigned by Dr. Richey for Exclusive stories to break on IND
- Fulfill specific research requests by Dr. Richey
- All reasonable requests to be delivered within the scope of investigative producing and deadlines as assigned by Dr. Richey
- Conduct phone calls for verification of information, file FOIA requests, conduct all due diligence in the investigation and vetting of exclusive stories
- Write summaries of investigation for Dr. Richey
- Go through ‘IND TIPS’ email to track potential leads, pitch to Dr. Richey and then pursue to verify, investigate and produce stories
- PRODUCTION
- Once story is approved to produce, edit SOTs, request graphics, lower thirds, and fully produce exclusive segments

- Gather visual and audio elements (Gfx, masters, stills, etc.) from News Agencies, Social Media or other News Outlets

We are looking for a visionary with big ideas. This person is a natural-born creative who is highly motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Their main role is to translate marketing and retail strategies into compelling, competitive creative for the packaging and in-store experience. As a leader within the Creative Services business unit, they are responsible for the creative development and final output of print and packaging collateral. The associate art director is responsible for managing internal and external resources within the Creative Services unit. Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for retail packaging and in-store displays
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Creative Services to develop innovative concepts
- Translate marketing initiatives and strategic positioning for products to various creative teams
- Ensure the Marketing department’s intended messages are delivered clearly and creatively to consumers through print assets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs

Position Description – Sports Entertainment Manager
Broad Description of Duties:
The Sports Entertainment Manager is responsible for delivering a magical guest experience for our sports fans. This position will oversee the execution of The Wall sports auditorium and bar operations, as well as overall performance, by developing expedited process and implementing best practices & drink quality. The goal is to achieve revenue, sales/marketing, cost control, quality measures, staffing, associate development and guest satisfaction results.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Works with bartenders and other key associates to promote local events and bar promotions.
· Promotes Marcus Theatres Corporation brand, The Wall sports viewing auditorium, and helps create brand awareness.
· Knowledgeable of competitor’s initiatives to structure and strategize to remain competitive in the market.
· Creates, promotes, and supports company-sponsored guest and associate recognition programs.
· Maintains revenue, and payroll expenses, other expenses and profit margins within the budgeted parameters. Implements appropriate action and contingency plans when the bar falls below the established budget parameters.
· Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs; develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
· Responsible for ensuring location compliance with company directed initiatives, state/federal requirements, responsible alcohol service and any additional guest expectations.

· Conducts performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, counseling, and discharge of associates.
· Informs General Manager on a timely basis of any operational or personnel problems at the theatre.
Administration
· Maintains associate records to comply with all Human Resources and Payroll guidelines and procedures. Ensures timely submission of all associate documentation into Kronos system and to Human Resources Department.
· Schedules associates and maintains payroll within budget.
· Maintains regular communications with theatre and corporate management for specific promotions.
· Monitors alcohol comps and discount to prevent fraud.
· Assist and create reports as needed and when requested.

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to join our music label. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative process across various aspects of our label’s operations. You will work closely with artists, producers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop innovative strategies and ensure the highest level of artistic excellence and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a music industry enthusiast, and a leader with a keen eye for trends and a passion for creating exceptional music experiences.
Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
- Provide strategic and creative direction for all artistic endeavors within the music label.
- Collaborate with artists and producers to develop compelling concepts, themes, and visual representations for music releases.
- Set the overall creative vision and ensure its execution across various platforms, including album covers, music videos, promotional materials, and live performances.
- Foster an environment that encourages creative exploration, innovation, and risk-taking.
Brand Management
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity for the music label.
- Ensure that all creative elements align with the label’s brand positioning and image.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate the brand’s creative direction into promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Artist Development
- Identify and nurture emerging talent, helping artists develop their artistic vision and brand identity.
- Collaborate with artists to create engaging visual content, music videos, and live performances that reflect their unique styles.
- Provide guidance and feedback to artists, helping them refine their creative output and maximize their potential.
Creative Team Management
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and stylists.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and supports the professional growth of team members.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to the creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
Industry Trend Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, technologies, and innovations in the music industry and creative fields.
- Research and analyze market data, consumer insights, and cultural trends to inform creative decision-making and drive innovation within the label.
Qualifications
- Based in SF or the Bay Area.
- (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., music, design, marketing) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within the music industry.
- Deep understanding of music genres, trends, and cultural influences.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across various mediums.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
- Proficiency in creative software tools and technologies commonly used in the music and design industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for music and a strong network within the music industry.
