We are currently seeking individuals to share their compelling and real-life experiences for a new Video Podcast series entitled “Unseen Employee Stories.” This podcast is dedicated to bringing to light the narratives of employees from various companies, both current and former, who feel that their struggles and efforts have gone unnoticed in their workplaces. This project is commissioned by Cigna, aiming to create an engaging and empathetic dialogue around workplace dynamics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Share your personal and real experiences related to workplace challenges.
• Participate in on-camera interviews, maintaining authenticity and openness about your story.
• Engage with podcast hosts and possibly other guests to explore the nuances of workplace issues.

Requirements:

• Must be an employee or former employee with a story that includes, but is not limited to, unacknowledged work conditions, juggling multiple roles, experiences with burnout or stress, or facing bias at work.

• Role: Non-speaking, background extras
• Responsibilities: Actively participate in the shop scene, follow directions from the director and crew, and engage naturally within the setting.

Real Servers:

• Experience: Must have real-life experience as a server
• Role: Non-speaking, background extras with potential interaction in the scene
• Responsibilities: Carry out server duties within the scene, bring authenticity to the role, and follow specific directions from the director.

General Responsibilities for All Roles:

• Attend a wardrobe fitting (date to be determined)
• Be available for the entire shooting day on December 20th
• Follow on-set protocols and directions
