Casting Alert! Searching for REAL MEDICS, MALE AND FEMALE, to work when we are about 30 miles north of Chicago, on Oct. 10th and Oct. 11th. With a Covid test on Friday, Oct. 7th. Or if you can work one of the filming date and not the other please let us know as we might be able to cast you.

Real medic rate is $190/8 hours and time and a half after 8 hours, with a special ability bump of $25. Checks are mailed out about two weeks later.

POSSUM TROT Open Casting Call

Hylton Casting will be casting background actors for the feature film POSSUM TROT, from Executive Producers Stephen Curry and Letitia Wright. 

Filming will take place in Macon, GA from October – November 2022. We will be casting background actors of all genders, ethnicities, and ages from babies to adults. We will also be casting background actors with cars from the 1970s – 1990s.

POSSUM TROT based on a true story. A film to reverse the foster crisis. POSSUM TROT is more than a film; it is the launch of a movement designed to ignite change in the child welfare system.

This production has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 5 and above working on its set. Audition Instructions:

While still facing camera, carry in groceries, and put on the counter. Greet the 20-something resident (speak out loud) and pretend that you two are putting away groceries and talking about what he’d like to make for dinner, what he did with his day, etc.  At one point he proudly presents you with a tray of brownies that he made.  You look surprised,  a little taken aback and moved that he made these for you.  30-45 seconds of this action/dialogue is fine.
