Hi everyone!  Helping Kendall on APP in Maine.  APP is a crime reenactment show that will film in Maine for a few days, starting July 19, 2022 and I have a few more specific roles.  This is a NON-UNION series and seeking talent working non-union:

FEATURED ROLES (Rate: $225/ day)

• BILL: 28 to 36 years old, white male. Brown hair. SHOULD BE IN VERY GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE. Perpetrator who hired two men to murder his wife. Arrogant, self absorbed, gym rat type. When he was on trial for the death of his wife, he seemed more preoccupied with the state of his appearance than by the loss of Farah. He showed little remorse in his interview with our boat, Bryanna, and possesses many qualities of a narcissistic psychopath.

Travel available for talent from Boston or New York.

• FARRAH: 28 to 35 years old, white female. Very fit, long, dark hair, tanned skin. Wife and murder victim. – MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE – BACK UP CAR INTO DRIVEWAY.
• IVIE: 28 to 36 years old, Black, Mixed Ethnicity, Hispanic female. Afro-Puerto Rican Descent. Slim Build, dark shoulder length hair. Ivie was a Dominatrix living in Manhattan when she was arrested for torturing and murdering several men. She has a troubled past, with a history of alleged sexual abuse and a tumultuous upbringing, raised in one of the poorest neighborhoods in New York. She had worked for a few years as a high-earning Wall Street business-type before transitioning into sex work. She is currently up for parole in the state of New York and is preparing to serve time in New Jersey.

Travel Available for Talent based in New York or Boston.

• ROSARIO: 18 to 25 years old, Hispanic male. Ivie’s half brother, male, late teens, dark, curly, short hair, slim frame.
• LEO:  30 to 50 years old, African, Black male. Polites’ best friend. Football Hall of Famer. African American. Very Athletic. Short hair.
• CHILDREN OF LEADS:  Seeking children ages 5-13. (all ethnicities – boys and girl)
• For OTHER EXTRAS ROLES (rate $153/ day): Seeking men and women ages 18-60 of all ethnicities.  I am matching cast members to real people, and due to privacy and confidentiality, can not release the names or photos at this time.  I am also looking for a few kids ages 6 and older.

Some of these reenactments contain scenes of violence.  If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, this is not your show!  (NO scenes of intimacy or sexual nature.)

The rate for the Featured Talent in reenactments is $225/ day.

The rate for background talent is $153/ day.  (There are only a few extras on any given day.)

There is NO travel included on this (only available to the roles of BILL and IVIE), so seeking people willing to work local.

~ Casting Featured Wedding Photographer for Discovery+ Christmas Movie filming in Georgia ~

AngelaBoehmCasting is now casting for an upcoming Discovery+ Christmas Special filming in the Atlanta, GA area. This is going to be a fun project so please see below for more details. We are currently booking for a wedding scene!

-These will both be overnight shoots (meaning we will start in the late afternoon/evening and film late into the night)

-Some people may also be needed for Monday, August 1st (this date is not required but we would like to know your availability)

Please Note: You must have full day availability, filming days can be up to 12-14 hours. Also, you must be able to physically stand/ walk for 3-4 hour at a time- you will be getting breaks between takes; however, while we are filming you will need to stand and/or walk

Covid Test:

Everyone will be required to COVID test within 48 hours of initial work date. You must take either a PCR or rapid NAAT test. Please note, antigen tests are not approved. You can take this covid test at a location near you. If booked, we will be reaching out with more details.

Pay:

• $80/8 + $25 Gear Bump (if you can bring your own gear)
• Meaning you are guaranteed $80 even if you work less than 8 hours. Any time worked past 8 hours, you will receive overtime pay.

Wardrobe:

For this production, you need to provide your own costume. This is a wedding scene so you will need to have formal attire or an outfit that a wedding photographer would wear; the scene is supposed to take place in the wintertime so please keep that in mind as well. The wardrobe department is requesting that you bring 3-4 options. If you do not have this type of wardrobe on hand that you can bring, please submit for another scene.
