This includes, but is not limited to, online (corporate, social, paid), GIFs, print, email blasts, Dealer, Connected TV/Streaming Services, for 5 years effective on the first use date. Usage end dates only apply to assets in which talent is identifiable; shots where talent is not recognizable can be used in perpetuity. The agency has the right to use the assets for self-promotion in perpetuity.
