Job Responsibilities

Oversee all touring logistics including transportation, lodging, schedules, and call times

Lead production teams and coordinate with talent, vendors, and on-site contacts

Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving while maintaining timelines

Ensure smooth execution of each tour stop from setup to breakdown

Communicate directly with producers and directors on daily deliverables
Requirements

Experience managing crews or events on tour or across multiple venues

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Must be based in or near Atlanta and available April–August 2025
