iCrossing is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for recruiting amazing talent and proven success managing a small team. Understanding our evolving talent needs is pivotal to our success and our ability to innovate. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage and optimize processes that elevate our candidate experience. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our recruiting team and will collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruiting initiatives to meet our hiring plans.
What you’ll do :
- Serve as a crucial point of contact with hiring managers and resource management team in ongoing assessment of future hiring needs in support of the business
- Manage and mentor small recruiting team in reaching their hiring goals and in supporting their development and career growth
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior level specialty roles as needed; familiarity in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, from talent sourcing to final round decision-making
- Develop and refine talent acquisition programs and initiatives, including innovative ways to reach a diverse pool of candidates, creative sourcing strategies, employee referrals, internships, etc.
- Develop and maintain reports that measure progress against business hiring goals and overall team performance and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) procedures and recruiting process; assist with compliance and data audits
- Educate and train interviewers on interviewing best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Partner with marketing team on promoting employment branding initiatives
- Assist with employee retention and development
- Assess the business need for incremental recruiting support
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices including labor legislation changes
Who you are:
- At least 2+ years proven experience managing a recruiting team
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (technical and non-technical)
- Familiarity with using a variety of different recruiting methods and best practices
- Proficient in the use of posting jobs on social media and job boards and employer branding techniques
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Experience with ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to motivate employees
- Positive team player
- Good knowledge of employment law is a plus
For New York City,  the estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $165,000.   The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

About the Role:
The A List is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Showroom Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company. The role will include heavy scheduling, administrative support and maintaining The A List Showroom. An ideal candidate will be personable, calm and organized under pressure, have the ability to multitask and problem solve, and is eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Roles + Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, calls and appointments and maintain calendars for showroom team
- Take detailed notes on any client calls and format to circulate to team
- Support on celebrity and digital influencer seedings/giftings including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing shipping and receiving, tracking talent placements, keeping inventory, etc.
- Manage and update select retainer client wrap reports and case studies
- Identify and keep up to date with social media trends
- Unpacking merchandise and pulling gifting package
- Provide support on all showroom admin as needed
Requirements:
- Entry level or 1 year entertainment assistant experience
- Love and knowledge of pop-culture, fashion and trends
- Ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
- Organization and prioritization are the core elements of this position’s responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to prioritize tasks.
- Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis
- Must possess strong writing skills and be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more
- Knowledge of Keynote, Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- This is a NON-UNION project. No acting experience is required, however, you should be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed.
- To apply, you MUST be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- To participate, you MUST be able to film in Toronto and travel to Mexico (Travel fees and accommodations will be covered).
- To participate, you MUST have a valid passport that expires after July 2023. If your passport is not valid, you will need to apply for a rush passport if selected.
- If shortlisted, you MUST be available for a brief Zoom interview with the director on Jan 27th. (You will only be required for about 1/2 an hour)
- If selected, you MUST be available for a brief wardrobe appointment in February (date TBC). You will only be required briefly (about 2 hours).
- If selected, you MUST be available for filming in Toronto on February 12 & 13, and in Mexico on March 11 (with travel either end).
- If booked, you will receive $75 for a wardrobe appointment of 2hrs, $350 per travel/down day, and $500 per day of filming. If your footage is in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $5,250 for its use. If part of the filming takes place at your home an additional $4,000 will be paid as a location fee.
- All travel, and accommodation fees will be covered, as well as $500 per day for a companion/PSW/mobility aid and $100 each per diem.

This role is for a Publicity Assistant to focus on the talent PR support as well as other PR duties within the agency. This candidate must be super eager, fascinated by the world of entertainment and highly driven for progression. If you are a recent graduate with a passion for entertainment and PR or someone who is ready to kick start their career in publicity, then this could be the perfect role.
Key responsibilities
- Staying up to date with coverage emails
- Help create call sheets for talent photoshoots
- Liaise with clients and managers to organize interviews and photoshoots

- Create media lists for specific client announcements

- Work closely with the social media team to ensure client coverage moments are posted on socials
- Keep across teams to ensure clients feel equally represented on their socials
