Experience / Knowledge Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferably from a design school or the equivalent relevant experience, and 1-3 years of design experience, developing and creating for digital / social strategies + campaigns, including client-facing experience
  • Strong execution and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for learning conceptual/brainstorming skills and ideating strategically focused campaigns
  • Ability to proofread and self-edit work to produce error-free content that adheres to brand’s style guidelines and maintains graphic consistency across all deliverables
  • An aptitude for time management, organization, and communication
  • Ability to wear multiple brand hats and switch easily among brand voices

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for the development of integrated marketing campaigns that include advertising, owned channels and brand deliverables that support a range of objectives including promotion of Norwegian Cruise Line’s brand narrative. Coordinate and communicate effectively with business owners, marketing reps, creative director and writers to ensure that the visual design successfully delivers the desired message and business objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop extremely innovative and sophisticated original creative concepts for campaigns, videos, print, digital and interactive media that reflect strategy and are compliant with Norwegian’s brand.
  • Think creatively to propose innovative creative solutions to business needs, product launches, and marketing requests.
  • Create a wide variety of visual assets in all media including print, video, web and interactive.
  • Be able to understand consumer insights and marketing briefs and be able to provide strategic and breakthrough creative solutions that deliver on the brief and ladder up to our brand platform.
  • Manipulate photography in Photoshop according to brand guidelines. Ensure that all final files are properly created, labeled and filed in the image library and on the DAM site.
  • Be able to think conceptually and put together video ideas and storyboards for product and brand videos.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers and Copywriters to ensure all work is consistently meeting creative brand standards.
  • Supervise all aspects of photo shoots including budgets, photographer selection, casting, shot selection, scheduling and art direction.
  • Effectively manage projects and workload on a variety of projects from simple to complex multichannel campaigns.
  • Successfully manage a large workload while bringing fresh direction and insight for a large variety of projects.
  • Offer creative solutions that meet operational requirements such as materials, durability, etc.
  • Procure necessary approvals through reviews with Creative Leadership prior to creative presentations to business owners, marketing reps and external partners as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of wide variety of projects on time and within given budgets.
  • Accurately track project timelines/deadlines and creative hours.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, and ensure that all projects are released error-free to vendors and meet the highest possible production standards.
  • Be a Brand Steward helping the creative department adhere to and continually help develop the company’s brand positioning as needed.
  • Design, plan and test web based (HTML) projects including PR campaigns, e-marketing micro sites and email promotions is a plus.
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and/or Advertising preferably from Design/Fine Art Institution or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years design experience in an agency creative department required. Advanced knowledge in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Must be an expert in conceptual thinking, art direction and graphic design.
  • Capable of executing all creative aspects of a project as needed and have demonstrated an ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a range of types of projects from simple to multichannel campaigns.

Position Summary

Company 3 is looking for an  Associate Producer to join its production team. The Associate Producer will work alongside the feature finishing producing team in a supporting capacity. This position will also participate alongside out producing team on regular status calls, production summaries and strategy meetings for high-profile feature finishing projects. 

Main Duties

The Producing team is responsible for oversight and management of the feature finishing production process from initial pre-pro phase through conform, color and delivery. The Associate Producer will coordinate with internal operations, scheduling and assist teams to schedule facility resources, set project priorities and ensure timely completion of all intermediate processes and deliverables as per client production schedule and requirements.

You have great inter-personal skills, be meticulous, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations. An appetite to learn and master the digital finishing workflow including image acquisition technologies, digital camera types, best editorial procedure, online-conform, color correction, LUTs, digital cinema, HDR and deliverable requirements and procedures relevant to each of your projects.
