The Role

The Demand Generation Marketer will support demand generation initiatives and programs through project and budget management, campaign production and execution, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will ensure campaigns are successfully executed, measured and optimized to support our aggressively growing influencer business. Primary Responsibilities

  • Project/traffic management supporting new creator acquisition, creator growth and creator retention.

Job Description

Department: Integrated Production

Reports To: Executive Producer and Department Head

Summary:

Detail-oriented and creatively driven, the Sr. Integrated Producer will initiate, maintain, and manage Agency productions on an ongoing basis for television, digital, radio and print/OOH from conception to completion. A creative powerhouse who pushes the work to be great and knows exactly which partners to call to execute the vision. Working closely with creative teams and marketing, the candidate must have full working knowledge of the production process and overall agency operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Bid, review and negotiate production costs.
  • Review creative concepts and put forward production partner suggestions for review.
  • Build out production executions that are thoughtful and considers both agency and client expectations.
  • Develop and adhere to schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate clearly with project team in order to manage expectations.
  • Triple bid work to obtain competitive pricing/scheduling.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of active productions.
  • Support leadership and team building within department.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with outside vendors including reps, directors, photographers, editors, and other agency production partners.
  • Is excited about new and emerging media, platforms, and technology.
  • Manage junior members of the team and offer mentorship.

Tasks:

  • Attend creative briefing at the start of a project.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years (or equivalent) in Production, preferably at an advertising agency
  • Must have technical knowledge of TV/radio/social production
  • Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Full understanding of the creative process and how an agency works
  • Need to possess strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department and vendor relationships

The Senior Producer will work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Art, and Design to coordinate all facets of development, release, and maintenance of our games.   • Solid understanding of project management, software development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Git, Perforce or similar revision control system

  • Manage production database product, sample, and shot information. Generate image production requests base on project type and research missing or clarifying product details

Hangar 13 is looking for a Senior Producer to join the development team on an exciting original IP. We are looking for an exceptional communicator with experience working across multiple locations, as well as someone who cares deeply about nurturing and developing team culture.

  • Generate and maintain project roadmaps for one or more team within the project.
  • Work with Leads and other key partners to define milestone and sprint deliverables for one or more teams.

The Media Producer is responsible for the development of creative direction and production for the organization to support its mission and growth plans.

Qualifications

You Will Be Responsible For:

•           Develops brochures, print ads, internet ads, in-house video producing and editing, posters, print and online newsletters and other collateral as requested. Creates and implements strategic marketing plans for assigned service lines

•           Supports the creative design component of the organization’s website and digital media (HTML newsletters, flash content, online ads and video) within confines of its growth plan and current branding strategies

•           Manages each design project assigned from conception to completion, including managing workflow according to timelines, maintenance and archival of all digital files, ensuring timely delivery of bids, proofing of all materials before sending to customer, and providing status reports as requested by supervisor

•           Oversees and participates in the production of templates, stationery packages and other related materials in accordance with the branding strategy
