We are currently partnered with a global audiobook and podcast company that is looking for a Talent Coordinator – Casting & Talent. This role starts as a 9-month contract with the potential to extend and is hybrid in Newark, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Book travel (cars, flights, hotels) for celebrity talent participating in press days, events, festivals, recordings and other appearances
- Negotiate and book hair, makeup, and styling for celebrity talent when participating in any of the above.
