Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Transformation, the Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for transforming the enterprise-wide customer experience involving front-end, customer facing, back-end functions and customer experience. This job entails working with leadership to anticipate, interpret and support user business needs with innovative tools and resources. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing transformation initiatives from start to finish, discovering opportunities for efficiency working with end users and collaborating with internal teams. You will be responsible for preparation and delivery of custom, story-telling style reports that deliver actionable insights to our users. The position requires experience driving cross-functional projects and managing cross-functional talent comprised of varying levels of skills is critical. This role wears many hats and the right person will be able to move fluidly between a variety of tasks

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the customer experience is consistent across all business functions, delivering great end-to-end customer experience across lifecycle stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Lead delivery of large-scale initiatives that drive process transformation, improve control, scalability, and compliance, and optimize the use of technology
  • Act as program and relationship lead with product, marketing, sales, support, IT, finance and operations teams
  • Develop communications (e.g., presentations, scorecards, emails) to share progress of initiatives, garner sponsorship, and encourage adoption
  • Identify proactive opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency
  • Producing metrics for the business and presenting those senior leadership meetings which include the President and his direct reports
  • Liaise with executives to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • You will be responsible for preparation and delivery of custom, story-telling style reports that delivery actionable insights to our clients.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Work with the leadership team to define, the overarching strategy and long-term plan/roadmap for transformation
  • Be a strong proponent of Entrust and Digital Transformation on the goals and priorities in the Customer Experience space
  • Build and executing against KPI’s, leading comprehensive strategies and developing project plans and timelines
  • Get consensus and obtaining stakeholder buy-in on new, complex, or challenging ideas

Basic Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations or Strategy
  • 7+ years of experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
  • Experience in a project management position and/or project management in a technology company
  • Experience with integrations and APIs; working through business contracts and technical specifications
  • Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience building parts or a full data platform; ETL, Datawarehouse, Business Intelligence
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in either Dallas, Texas Shakopee, Minnesota or Ottawa, Canada

  • Industry CX certification
  • Unique blend of business and technical savvy in the digital world, a big-picture vision for platform strategy and the ability to effectively map desired outcome.

Job Description

NBC4 in Washington, DC is looking for a Platform Manager (Newscast Producer) for newscasts. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the overall editorial content on one or more platforms produced by WRC
  • Serve as the primary line producer of assigned daily newscast
  • Work with Content Producers to select the most compelling and relevant stories
  • Work with the production team to ensure smooth and seamless productions
  • Work with Daypart Managers and other Platform Managers to ensure the most complete local news coverage

Job Description

The Director/Operator position is a project-based role for prospective partnerships between SNY and outside clients. These partnerships will create very short digital segments throughout the day. The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire breadth of operational elements for these segments. Using Ross Overdrive automation, you will be responsible for directing, while also performing each of the crew functions. These would include coding audio for automation, studio set-up, lighting, camera operation and shading, & preparing mics. This applicant must always exhibit professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a ‘can do’ positive attitude.

Job Duties

  • Using Ross Overdrive automation, the Director/Operator will code the rundown, operate the automation, and call the show.
  • Must be able to target, operate and shade robotic cameras, initiate lighting cues at various positions across different sets. Set-up, test and implement wireless/wired mics and IFBs.
  • This position will also likely be utilized for SNY’s linear studio programming providing back-up coding, countdowns, and other assistance to the primary Director during live shows.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Ross Overdrive or other automation systems is a significant plus.
  • Ability to prioritize instantly, plan for contingencies, & manage all elements of a production.
  • Prior experience with Robotic cameras, broadcast audio consoles, lighting systems, RF mics/IFBs and Viz RT graphics strongly desired.
  • Candidates should have experience working in a state-of-the-art, fast paced, live control room environment.

Job Description

  • Manages the daily operations of units within the Electrical Maintenance and Projects Group
  • Prioritize and schedule workflow through the department of both routine and assigned tasks and output of the technicians to ensure high show quality and reliability of assets
  • Responsible for managing/scheduling activities for approximately 35 union staff technicians in Electrical
  • Work closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues quickly
  • Identify and exchange best practices including process and materials to improve efficiencies across all Universal Parks
  • Project management and execution of electrical trade projects. Such duties include estimating, programming, planning, design development (minimal), construction document development, construction management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines
  • Ensures that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships.
  • Provides timely, ongoing feedback to clients regarding project activity and deliverables. Works closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues quickly.
  • Manage and coordinate selected project vendors
  • Provide work direction, counseling, and coaching to hourly union staff to promote safe and efficient operations while also exceeding client expectations of communication, responsiveness, quality of service, and technical efficiency
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are understood and followed by providing up to date safety training to all employees and auditing procedures
  • Manage department monthly budgets including deciding timetable of cash flow, approving purchase requisitions, and administer purchase orders
  • Provide discipline to hourly employees when applicable
  • Manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of critical facility and utility systems
  • Responsible for scheduling and handling the regular testing of facility equipment
  • Supervise and report on facilities system utilization, capacities, and performance
  • Lead existing facilities procedures and implement needed additional procedures including regular review to keep them current
  • Develop site solutions in support of various key infrastructure and business needs
  • Receive invoicing and track against allocated amounts
  • Vendor and contractor management
  • Represent the Facilities team as the lead subject Matter Expert as it pertains to Electrical systems reviewing the proposed equipment schedule and redline/feedback as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with over 8 years of experience managing union technicians; Or 10 years of experience as an electrical contractor managing teams
  • Experience managing in a union environment
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills
