ROLE

● Develop and implement thought-leading sales strategies and programs, working directly with our senior leadership team, to deliver MOM pipeline and revenue growth.

● Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and the ability to track the full lifecycle of any

REQUIREMENTS

● 6+ years’ experience selling six and seven figure deals in a media, entertainment and/or direct to consumer environment.

● Strong relationships with clients and agency buyers in verticals that could include Entertainment, CPG, Technology, Sports, Automotive and Lifestyle.

● Proven ability to create and develop long term client partnerships by influencing executives, senior management and key industry stakeholders.

● A passion for, and deep understanding of, best in class creative and the mechanics of earning market share. Will need to share examples of work that they have been involved in that represents this in practice.

● Willingness to learn, investigate and strategize with excellent research skills. Examples of studies and methodologies used in the past will be discussed as part of the interview process.

● Professional communication style with strong written and presentation skills. Examples of previous and recent presentations will be required.

● Understanding of the core metrics of the modern social and digital ecosystem.

● Priority Program Proficiencies: Excel, Keynote, Google Suite, social platforms.

> Operations

> Project Management

  • Provide project management support as needed based on PM availability and bandwidth.
  • Manage Airtable/PM tracking boards, facilitate & lead weekly status meetings, develop & manage timelines, establish project prioritization, build strong communication channels between project stakeholders & cross-function teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in entertainment & digital marketing environments with operations, data, resourcing, and project management-oriented responsibilities
